These Terms of Service govern the rules for using the website available at www.rakietycamps.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).
The owner and administrator of the Website is Rakiety sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 646 bud. 2, 03-994 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID: PL1133048035 (hereinafter: the “Operator”).
The Website presents the padel camp offer organised by the Operator and allows Users to submit contact enquiries regarding available trips.
Use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge.
Before using the Website, Users should read these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy available at www.rakietycamps.pl/privacy-policy.
§ 2. Definitions
Website – the website available at www.rakietycamps.pl, including all subpages.
Operator – Rakiety sp. z o.o., owner and administrator of the Website.
User – any natural person who uses the Website.
Trip / Camp – a padel camp trip organised by the Operator and described in the offer published on the Website.
Mobile Application – the Rakiety Camps mobile application available on the App Store and Google Play, allowing camp participants to view up-to-date information about the trips they are attending.
Contact Form – the form available on the Website used to send enquiries to the Operator.
§ 3. Technical Requirements
To use the Website, a device with internet access and a web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript is required.
The Operator does not guarantee correct display of the Website in outdated browser versions.
The Operator reserves the right to technical interruptions in Website availability, in particular for maintenance or update purposes. The Operator will endeavour to keep interruptions as short as possible and schedule them during night-time hours.
§ 4. Scope of Services Provided by the Website
The Website allows Users to browse the padel camp offer organised by the Operator, including destination descriptions, programmes, dates and prices.
The Website allows Users to send contact enquiries via the Contact Form or the contact details provided on the Website (phone, email, WhatsApp).
The Website does not support online payments. Booking a place on a trip and payment terms are arranged individually with the Operator after initial contact.
Information about trips published on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of applicable civil law provisions.
§ 5. Rakiety Camps Mobile Application
The Operator provides the Rakiety Camps Mobile Application, available free of charge on the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google).
The Mobile Application is dedicated to participants of trips organised by the Operator (hereinafter: “Camp Participants”).
Through the Mobile Application, a Camp Participant may in particular: browse up-to-date information about the trip they are attending; check the activity schedule and camp updates; receive push notifications related to the trip.
Use of the Mobile Application requires an active account or authorised access granted by the Operator.
The Mobile Application collects personal data of the Camp Participant (email address, phone number) only to the extent necessary to provide the services. Detailed rules for data processing in the Mobile Application are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Use of the Mobile Application is conditional on accepting its internal terms of service and these Terms of Service.
The Operator reserves the right to update the Mobile Application and introduce changes to its features.
The Mobile Application is not covered by these Terms of Service beyond the scope indicated above. The Application may have separate terms of service available in its distribution stores.
§ 6. Contact Form
Users may send enquiries regarding the offer or organisation of trips via the Contact Form available on the Website.
Completing the Contact Form is voluntary. To submit an enquiry, providing a first and last name and an email address or phone number is required.
The Operator undertakes to respond to submitted enquiries as soon as possible, within no more than 3 business days.
Data provided in the Contact Form is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
§ 7. User Rights and Obligations
Users are obliged to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms of Service and good practice.
Users are prohibited from: posting unlawful, offensive or third-party-rights-infringing content on the Website; taking actions that may disrupt the proper functioning of the Website; using the Website dishonestly or with the intent to cause harm to the Operator or other Users.
Users bear full responsibility for content submitted via the Contact Form.
§ 8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on the Website, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos and page layouts, is the property of the Operator or entities with which the Operator has concluded relevant licence agreements, and is protected under copyright law.
Use of the Website does not mean that Users acquire any rights to the content published on it.
Any copying, distribution or public sharing of Website content without the prior written consent of the Operator is prohibited.
§ 9. Operator’s Liability
The Operator makes every effort to ensure that the information contained in the Website is current and reliable, but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
The Operator shall not be liable for interruptions in Website availability resulting from causes beyond its control, in particular network failures or force majeure.
The Operator shall not be liable for the actions or omissions of Users or for damages resulting from improper use of the Website.
The Operator is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Website.

The Website uses cookies to ensure proper functionality, traffic analysis and content personalisation. Detailed information about cookies is provided in the Privacy Policy.

§ 11. Complaints
Users have the right to submit a complaint regarding the functioning of the Website or the Mobile Application.

A complaint should include: the User’s name, a description of the issue and a preferred contact method.
The Operator will process the complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt and notify the User of the outcome.
§ 12. Amendments to the Terms of Service
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service for valid reasons, in particular in the event of changes in law, the scope of services provided or Website functionality.
Amendments to the Terms of Service take effect on the date of their publication on the Website.
Continued use of the Website after publication of the amended Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of the new version.
§ 13. Final Provisions
These Terms of Service are effective from 21 March 2026.
Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved amicably where possible. In the absence of agreement, disputes shall be settled by the court of competent jurisdiction for the Operator’s registered seat.
