Cancelling your trip

You can cancel at any time before the trip. The cancellation fee depends on how many days are left until the camp starts:

more than 30 days before the start – 30% of the price
30 days or fewer before the start – 100% of the price

If your place is taken by someone we find (e.g. from our waiting list), you only pay the costs we have actually incurred.

Instead of cancelling, you can transfer your booking to someone else – just let us know at least 7 days before the trip. Full terms are in § 5 of the contract.

Weather

Training on outdoor courts depends on the weather. In rain, on a wet court, in strong wind or in a storm, the coach may cancel or stop a session for safety reasons. We will try to make it up at another time during the camp or on a covered court nearby, but this is not always possible. Full terms are in § 2 of the contract.
